Anyone know of any good online or netfix/hulu work out videos? There is no way I am getting to the gym in the good ol' Wisconsin snow today, and the 20 mins I spent shoveling out my car is not enough today! Thanks guys!

Working the Noc shift...
So maybe this seems silly, but I just want to know what works for you other 3rd shifters. I end up taking my lunch break around 3AM, do youthink I should log that as tomorrow food or today? Is a day for you by the date or from when you wake up until when you sleep? This Noc shift is new to me! Thanks!:drinker:

Losing my motive...
So, as of right now I'm down 30 pounds since April 20 (ish), and it seems every 10 pounds or so I lose motivation and it usually only lasts a week but I have been stuck for almost 3 now......any advise? I need to lose 10 more pounds to be in the "healthy" range, but I would like to lose 20.

Freezing muffins?
So I ended buying some delish muffins, but they box has too many for my to eat before they go bad. Can already made muffins be frozen ? I don't want mushy muffins...

Dinner Ideas?
So I desperately need to go shopping but I can't tonight. All I have for protein in the house is lean ground beef...any dinner ideas for me? (If it's a "home style" meal that would be a plus since my boyfriend is so picky) Thanks in advance!

This may seem like a dumb question...
So over the past few days I have noticed an increase in my appetite, nothing huge but I have been having to use my will power to not snack. So I guess what I am asking is should I eat the extra 200-300 cals or should I keep trucking?

So when I work both jobs I come home EXTRA hungry and I know that I burn 500ish cals from my second job but I feel bad about eating more than my original goal. Should I be eating back exercise cals???

Having bathroom issues...
So, I have noticed since I have started losing weight that I am having more and more trouble using the restroom, but the thing is that I take a fiber supplement everyday and yet still I find myself relying more and more on laxatives because I am uncomfortable...is anyone else having these issues? Not making calorie goals...
So before I decided that it was time to lose the pouch where I keep my extra cookies I could eat and eat and eat, suddenly I can't even seem to make 1200 calories! Has this happened to anybody else? Any advise?

Is it better to eat pre or post workout?? My schedule isn't always kind to me and I have to choose to eat 20mins before I work out or 20 mins after...

Boyfriend dinner troubles...
Okay, so here's the deal, I am very new to this healthy eating thing, but I have to say I feel awesome! I need some ideas of what recipes to make for dinner, but the main issue is that my boyfriend doesn't eat veggies...help! I want to make a delicious meal that's healthy for both of us!
