So when I work both jobs I come home EXTRA hungry and I know that I burn 500ish cals from my second job but I feel bad about eating more than my original goal. Should I be eating back exercise cals???

Of course you should. If you expend more fuel, you need to take in more fuel. Obviously.0

Yes.
You don't have to eat back all of them if you are hoping to lose weight a little faster, but you definitely shouldn't make yourself hungry and miserable on the principle of not eating them back. Especially since eating some of them back helps you eat above your BMR, which prevents your metabolism from slowing down.0
