Not making calorie goals...

So before I decided that it was time to lose the pouch where I keep my extra cookies I could eat and eat and eat, suddenly I can't even seem to make 1200 calories! Has this happened to anybody else? Any advise?

    There have been several posts like this. Many people feel they can't force themselves to eat more, others just don't know what to eat. Many people suggest eating things that are higher in calories but are still good for you- peanut butter, cheese, fruits, nuts, stuff like that. Or even eating more often, snacking along with meals.
