I have a steamer... used from a friend. I have no idea what to steam. I have steamed broccoli.. can I do fish too? I have heard of people steaming potatoes... does that take for ever?

breakfast recomendations..
What is your favorite healthy breakfast. Perferbally fast and easy. I hate cooking in the morning. I have been eating a protien bar for breakfast every morning for a year. I am burnt out. But I love the easiness of unwrapping and eating it.

I feel like the life has been sucked out of me...

Bummed!
First off last year I lost tons of weight. From June to Jan. I lost nearly 75lbs. Looked and felt good. Ran in to some health problems and lost focus...
