Can Lifting Make You Taller?
OK. Can serious strength training make you taller? I'm wearing the same clothes and shoes I wore 6 months ago, but now my pants are about 3/4 inch too short. Noticeably short. I've lost weight, and my measurements on my quads have not changed at all. So could I be getting taller? Show your work. Thanks, Chris
