Can Lifting Make You Taller?
OK. Can serious strength training make you taller? I'm wearing the same clothes and shoes I wore 6 months ago, but now my pants are about 3/4 inch too short. Noticeably short. I've lost weight, and my measurements on my quads have not changed at all.
So could I be getting taller?

I dont know if pumping iron can make you taller, but I know for a fact that wearing pumps can! All kidding aside, maybe your waist is more prevalent now, so its making your pants sit above your hips, instead of on your hips.0

Wearing your pants at your waist vs. below any belly you might have had would make a difference.0

Perhaps your posture has improved and you are standing straighter/taller. Otherwise.....nope I got nothing else :ohwell:

LMAO, because my husband swears he's gotten taller too. I'm going to go with posture improvement, but I wish lifting sprinkled fairy dust to make me taller!0

it can make your posture better. that shouldn't affect your pants though.0
