Husband and kids are gone...guess what I'M gonna do....
Run!!! It's my "rest day" but I still want to do that most of all. Crazy...a year ago, I would have taken a nap, or watched a show on tv...or something lazy like. First thing I thought was "awesome, I can go for a run". So happy MFP is come into my life, as well as my friends on here. Ok...off to run now. :tongue:

Zumba fitness total body transformation dvds - thoughts?

Transferring a recipe from one member to another?
Is this possible? I don't want to make my recipes public all the time, but if I figure out the calories, etc on a recipe of mine at home, can I transfer it to a friend (for example, my hubby) so they can use it as well when calculating his daily totals? Hope this makes sense...thanks in advance!

Just wanted to come on here and introduce myself as a newbie! I'm excited and motivated to lose the weight and for good. I am on day 6 and have stayed within my calories/etc which is such a huge accomplishment for me already. :) Hoping to get to meet a lot of great people and support on here!
