Anyone ever try these? I'm thinking about purchasing them but have no clue what tastes good, what works, etc. I like that the sustain drink does not contain caffeine and has little calories. And the access bars are also very low in calories...just not sure on what would taste good. Thoughts and opinions are greatly appreciated!!! :flowerforyou: I also see they have a shake mix that looks good.

No personal experience but I have a friend who is a Melaleuca die hard fan!! She takes the vitamins, uses the cleaners, and who knows what else. She swears by it!! (By the way she is skinny, smooth skin, silky hair...you know those women you love to hate-LOL):grumble:
  • I take the vitamins - like them very much. The access bars are very small and expensive for what they truly are - with that said, then DO taste good. The Sustain is low in calories because it has artificial sweetener. This is being linked to health problem, and IMHO, should be avoided. Remember: you drink a sports drink after you have expended electrolytes and calories...and need to replace them quickly in the form of easily digested carbs (ie. sugar) and salts.

    Just my 2 cents. :D

Which vitamins do you recommend? I never know how much/which kinds, etc. I'm very confused when it comes to vitamin intake cause I don't want to overdo it and cause health problems. I'm not taking anything currently, which I know is bad.

Melaleaca recommends eating the access bar 10 min prior to exercise, then the Sustain drink after exercise.

Right - the Sustain is a Sports Drink. My point was that you actually NEED the calories in sports drinks to recover from exercise. That's the only thing that bothers me about the Sustain - artificial sweetener.

Vitamins - I take the Vitality for Women (includes the calcium supplement). Not many vitamins will do damage if you go over...you just pee them out. ;o)

I honestly never knew that. Thank you sooo much! It's one reason why I never take them - I worry I might do more damage than good.
