I have a medical condition called neurofibromatosis type 1. It causes tumors to grow throughout my body. It also creates a lot of pain and migraines. so question. When a person wants to lose fat by body building and gain a lot of muscle...Should they be doing cardio? If so when should they be doing it? From my understanding cardio takes away from muscle building.

Ok I have been debating on geting a fitbit or jawbone up...but....how acurate are they? I would think a HRM would tell you better how many calories you are buring since you are tracking the heart rate not just movements. body swells after drinki.g water
I have uped my water intake from virtualy nothing a day to atleast 8 ozes 8 times a day (i used to drink just not water. Milk, juice, soda) i now only drink water. I have swollen up likd a balloon!
