GPS with HRM watch
Looking for recommendations for a GPS watch that also has a HRM. I currently use my smartphone along with a Polar FT4 but I worry that my phone would die with longer training. The battery can get pretty low when I use it for 1/2 marathons. I am currently using my phone for GPS and music player.

Losing motivation
I have been training for my first HM it's 30 days away. I'm in o.k. shape for it I think. Most of my training was on the treadmill up until 4 weeks ago, I live in WI. During the cold winter months, do you have a go to workout? For myself, I spend a lot of time on the treadmill (boring). I am also doing Pilates, yoga and have taken a couple of zumba classes.

Do any of you runners use pilates or yoga to help with stretching? My company is going to be offer 30 min yoga and 30 min pilates on the same day. Should I sign up for one (which?) or should I think about doing both and get a full hour of stretching with a little core workout?

Frustrated, Starting going up
I was at a plateau for over a month. I was told that I wasn't eating enough. Which I know was true due to some days I had trouble reaching 1200 cal. Eating enough???
I have a problem eating enough. I know most people are in a different boat. I eats lots of lean protein and fresh veges with 5 to 6 meals per day but I'm usually 200-400 calories under my allotment before exercise. My problem is that I don't feel hungry. Cardio & weights in 30
Whats the best ratio? I only get a half hour for lunch and want to make the most of it. Today I did 20 min of elliptical followed by 10 min of weights, no breaks. Is this a good ratio for the little time I have on break?
