I felt like everything that could have gone wrong for my first full did! The breakfast that I brought with me froze in the hotel fridge overnight, temps were in the high 70s with humidity 80%+. The running app that I use is Runkeeper. My phone is a Samsung Axiom. It might also do to the fact that some of the places I've ran does not have regular cell service.

I know a lot of people that keep looking at that. For myself, I am a little hesitant of the air born particles and my asthma. I wish you good luck if you do it. If my foot heals I might be looking into the electric run.

I has a great time on Saturday. I finished faster then last year even though I had an asthma attack during. my time was 54:51. Last year was 55:35. Hopefully next year will be 53:??.

Lovestoscrap: Even if your not ready, DO IT! Last year I had to walk some portions of it but it still was a lot of fun. I keep a list at my desk of all up coming races. Never know when I'll feel like jumping in one.

I've been doing this for the last 6 months & have been stuck in a plateau. Yes, I've feel that I'm stronger and my endurance is better but I'm still stuck when dropping pounds. I do weights and running as my go to exercises. I'm thinking of targeting for 500+ burn 4x a week.

Saturday morning is usually 6:30 to 2. When I go it's close to opening. There is another one on Wednesdays on Martin Luther that I think is from 9-1. I hit that one every week since I work 4 blocks away. That's the 2 that I hit the most.
