Hello all! I'm a new mom to 3 1/2 month daughter and back to working full time.. I have 10 pounds to lose to get to my pre-baby weight. But then I have an additional 25 to lose since I was over weight when I got pregnent. I have been watching what I eat the last couple of weeks but it has been hard to find time to exercise. I am trying to at least walk during my lunch but my weight seems to have stopped in decline. Looking for others to help keep me motivated.

    welcome! Be truthful in your logging of your foods and keep trying to walk. I would love to help you break past this plateau.

    Welcome! You will find a lot of support here. We all hit plateaus. The food diary will help you keep track of calories. Keep up with the walking. It will eventually start dropping again.
