pedometer app for Droid that connects to MFP
My sister has an I-phone (I do NOT want an I-phone). Her MFP settings has a step setting. It tracks her steps taken. Can anyone suggest a pedometer app that does the same? Not one where you have to start a workout. Maybe one that runs behind the scene?

fitbit vs logging exercise
I just got a fitbit and synced it to my fitness pal. It gives me calories for exercise. How do you log the amount of time you exercise and what? Or do you just let the fitbit do that. I do want to keep track of how often I exercise and for how long without adding extra calories burned.

SO, I bought a belt
I have been on MFB about 19 weeks. I said I was not going to buy any clothes until I had lost 40lbs. But none of my pants would stay up, even with my belt on the last loop. Ranch dip vs Mayo, queso vs cheese
Most mayonaises I have found has about 90 calories in 1 TBSP, Lays Ranch dip has 60 in 2 TBSP. Hungry after breakfast
My typical breakfast is a packet of weight loss oatmeal, 1/2 cup peaches or pears, 1 TBSP of flax seed. Within an hour or hour and half I'm hungry again. That is like 225 calories for breakfast. accurate calories burned
I see posts that say, MFP over estimates, ellipticals over estimate, HRM over or under estimates. Just HOW am I supposed to get an accurate account of calories burned? rough week for me
I worked 10 hour days. Then had a mountain trip with my mother-in-law, a fried chicken event at my church. Today went to look at wedding beach spots and out to dinner with son, his fiance and future in-laws. I have not been able to exercise as much and ate more than normal.
