Fitbit in the washing machine!
Help! I just left my Fitbit on a piece of clothing and threw it in the washing machine. It was there for about 13 minutes! I pulled it out and put it in a bowl of rice. Didn't know what else to do? Anybody have any experience with this?

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but can't find the posts about it. I just bought one and am feeling a little nervous about the cost. If you use one, please tell me some positive results from having one. Have you lost more weight because of it?

ViShakes, protein shakes, do you use it?
I tried ViShakes and actually really liked them. There were kind of like a dessert, only healthy. I would add spinach and frozen bananas. It was great. Do you recommend something like this on MFP?

Can you count housework as a way to burn calories?
I've been busy all morning doing housework, like laundry, baking, dishes, making beds, etc. I haven't sat down until now. Is there any way to count this as excercise or at least burning calories?
