50+ plateau help

Any 50+ people who have hit a plateau? What did you do?

    I'm not 50+ but I can offer you what works for me when I stall out.

    1 - Cut carbs in half. More protein and fat to make up the calorie difference.
    2 - Change routine - if you do cardio change to strength or even still just stop exercising for a few days then hit it hard after about 5 days.

    Those always take me right out of a plateau.
