Acupuncture: Any experiences
Hi all, I have Achilles tendons problem and I want to try acupuncture treatment. I have been recommended pyshio therapy by the doctor but I also want to try acupuncture. Has anybody got good or bad exepriences with acupuncture? It would be great if members can share their experiences.

Sodium intake
I have a daily goal of 2500 sodium according to MFP. I hardly go over that limit. I keep myself between 1300 to maximum 2000 units of sodium. Mackerel with rice cakes
I just want to share my new low calories after dinner snack. 100 gm mackerel with 3-4 rice cakes is good omega 3 for the day and not more than 120 calories for the meal. It is tasty as well:)

Has anybody lost over 70-80 lbs just by controlling the diet and without doing exercise or jogging?
