Hi All,
I have started using MFP since last couple of weeks. It will be good to know the people who are in a situation like me:wink: I have set the calories goal at 2000 calories per day. I have set the target as 2 lbs per week but my weight has not started going down yet. Yes I am not doing exercise and this has been my real weakness. If only I could start exercising I know I can get my target.

I am sticking to 1700-1800 calories per day. Any tips that could help me taking my bicycle for a ride after I come from the office?
