After dinner Snacks
I would really appreciate if you guys can recommend low calories & filling after dinner snacks please. Currently I am using on average 260 calories on my after dinner snacks. If I can bring it to 150 that would be great.

MFP new Phone App!
Just downloaded. It is different with added features but it is very slow to navigate. Last version was working pretty good. May be this new one is for the latest phones (mine is iphone3:)). The new + button is pretty cool though.

5K time for 300 pounder
Hey guys, I am just curious to know the average time for the 5K jog/walk for the people who are over 300lbs. I started doing my first 5K in 55 min and now I am at 46 minutes. I jog pretty slow but it would be good to know how people in my weight range doing the 5Ks.

Neck pain after jogging
I need some advice. I have started running again after a break of 6 months or so. I am able to increase my running time from mere 10-12 mins to 26 mins (non stop) and with walking breaks in between I am able to add 20 more minutes. Day 22- Squat challenge - 170 squats
After 3 days rest, we will start tomorrow again. We are little bit behind but this weekend's performance might decide how far we can go by the end of this month. I am hoping to finish these squats in the morning otherwise it will get too late. Who is doing the challenge?

Day 18- Squat challenge - 155 squats
It is going to get tough now with 150 plus squats. I am hoping to finish them soon after the office time. Lets finish this challenge today and enjoy a well deserving rest day tomorrow!

Wooohooo, so the challenge has reached 150 mark which is really great. I didn't think we will be able to come this far. But I can see that we are able to manage this. Let's aim even higher!

Here is the challenge after the rest day yesterday. It is definitely not impossible but difficult..... hell yeahh!

Day 14 - Squat challenge - 135 squats
So today the number is not that high compared to yesterday, just 135 squats today and tomorrow will be the rest day. Yes!! I think we would feel pretty good to complete 135 in the first half of the month. Come on!

Day 13 - Squats challenge - 130 Squats
On day 13 reps have been increased by 20. By mid-month we have to be at 140 therefore this jump is needed today. Good luck with the challenge.

Day 10 - Daily Squat challenge - 105 squats!
Now the challenge is in the 3 digits! Todays's target number is 105. Slowly and surely it will be done. Now it is becoming more of a mind game that it is possible and I can do it but looking at the number which is only growing it sounds crazy:) Tomorrow will be the rest day that will be a good day off.
