Skip missions in zr5k?
I've recently downloaded zombies, run and the 5k version. My fitness level is somewhere about halfway the 5k app. Is there any way to skip missions so I don't have to do 15 seconds of running for the first week while in reality i'm closer to 10 minutes running time? bruised knees after girly push-ups
I'm not strong so I cannot do regular push-ups. But when I do girly push-ups I always get bruised knees, even if I'm only doing 10 on a yoga mat. After a 2,5 month plateau I am no longer overweight!
I've been at a BMI of 25,3 for over 2,5 months, and nothing seemed to help. But since this week I'm finally down to a BMI of 24.9. I hope not to get into a new plateau any time soon, but if so I now know I'll get pasted that as well. *happy*

Could really use some motivation now
I've been trying to eat right, exercising and such. But there's just not much happening. I've been basically at the same weight for over a month now and it's stressing me out. It feels like I have no control over myself and my body. Some nice words would very much be appreciated right about now.
