NSV - Hey, is that muscle right there?!

Today walking into the home with some groceries I glanced into the mirror. Behold my surprise to actually see some muscle right there in my arm. Where did that come from?!

My arms have always been very very weak, add some fat to those arms and you can be sure I've never ever seen muscle there before. But today there is!

    AWESOME!

    I can't wait to see my clavicle. It's been hidden for so long, and every once in a while if I'm in the mirror I'll move and it will appear, so it's not far from showing itself.

    awesome NSV! I've been finding myself flexing a lot lately :P It's such a great motivator to see some muscle definition, no matter how little!
