What do to when you've got the munchies?

Ok, so I eaten the same thing today I eat almost every day by this time. But now, I've got the munchies. Actually started yesterday evening, since I only think about food, and what I can or will eat next. Urgh!

I get this occasionally and know it stops after a few days, but any tricks to deal with the munchies would be greatly appreciated!

  • I am so glad that I am not the only person with this issue. I am a big girl and eat alot o I have learned a few tricks of the trade. when the munchies hit and they can hit hard, I will drink a glass of warm water. Then I will cut up several salks of celery and carrots,enough for the wholeday, place them in ice water in the fridge. Because they are so lowin calories I can munch on them all day in between meals
