KALE!
I have been obsessing with Kale lately - I love it in my smoothies mainly. But it is so freaking good for you that I want MORE ways to try it. Do you guys add Kale to your diet? Please share recipes :)

Vegetarian protein ideas/recipes?
I get told a lot that I should be eating more protein but greek yogurt and protein powders get pretty boring after awhile and nuts seem to have too much fat with eating a decent amount, proteinwise. Anyone in the same boat? I'd love some new inspiration :)

Soy protein powder?
Opinions? I have heard so many mixed reviews about it. I am a vegetarian and with the amount of exercise I do I want to be able to have enough protein to gain muscle, but would rather not use a dairy based powder.

I am thinking about joining weight watchers for the summer since where I am working has weekly meetings during lunch. Opinions? I do a good job tracking food on here for the most part, but the whole calculating points and such...

workouts for foot pain?
I hurt my foot last week (thinking some sort of foot tendinitis) and walking on it has been pretty painful. And I haven't been to a doctor yet but what I have found says I shouldn't be using it for exercise awhile - which sucks for a workout junkie! Anyone know any of workout I can still do without straining it further?

I am just about to finish my freshmen year of college, along with gaining the freshmen 30 (ughhh!). Anyone else in the same boat?
