Vegetarian protein ideas/recipes?

I get told a lot that I should be eating more protein but greek yogurt and protein powders get pretty boring after awhile and nuts seem to have too much fat with eating a decent amount, proteinwise.

Anyone in the same boat? I'd love some new inspiration :)

i've been a vegetarian for about 5 years and i ALWAYS exceed my protein goal on MFP... lol. here's an excellent resource i use if i don't feel like buying those faux meat things (which are very high in protein, but can get expensive) http://www.lbveg.com/download/lbvcookbook.pdf

Hey! I'm vegetarian too. My family eats a lot of Quorn it's a meat substitute made from eggs and mushrooms and it actually tastes really good and has the best texture of all the mock meats I've tried. We also eat tofu, seitan, tempeh, and beans.
You should look through tastespotting.com search for a main ingredient and it will pop up pictures of foods with that ingredient. It makes it really easy to find new recipes.

See, I usually reach that goal, too. But it is A LOT lower than a few nutritionist and fitness leaders have suggested to me based on my activities. So it is frustrating because I THINK I am doing so good haha.

    Thanks!
