Good tips for running with your dog
Thought this was a good article to start with. http://running.about.com/od/safetyissuesandtips/tp/runningwithdogs.htm Dogs can be great running companions. They're reliable and adjust to whatever pace you want to run -- they also won't bore you with stories about their latest running achievement. If you want to get your…

My dog - introduce yourself and your pet(s)
I am Linda from Lawrenceville GA. Feel free to friend me. My dogs are Bonnie (the perfect one) and Lulu. Bonnie and I are doing the C25K program and just finished W8D1. She is doing amazing! She is a mutt, Border Collie Lab mix from what we can tell. Lulu runs with me sometimes (when I have more patience). She tends to get…

Getting discouraged/frustrated
Hello All I have been on the site for almost 2 months. I started the C25K program and just finished week 5. I am doing great on that and today ran for 20 minutes straight. I would have never thought I would be able to do that. Another surprise is that I'm kind of enjoying the runs. On most of the off days, I either walk or…

Made to Crave
Hello All I'm starting this book again. I've now started it three times. Both of the other times I've gotten to a point where I had to stop and ask God for the strength to go on. She hit all the spots for me. Wanting to do it my way instead of God's way and of course the old "I can handle this, I don't need God to get…

Eaten calories
I know that my calorie log will add the calories I burn exercising. My question is am I supposed to eat to the calories before or after exercise? The calories I put as my goal are what my BMI said but when you add exercise calories I usually get at least 100 more a day. Thanks in advance!

****aki Noodles
Not sure if I spelled this right. But has anyone heard of them. And if so, are they any good. They are supposed to be no carb and no calorie. Seems a bit crazy to me, but it was on the Rachel Ray show so I give it a small amount of credence?? http://www.rachaelrayshow.com/show/segments/view/roccos-top-foods-2010/
