How many calories?
How many calories do you eat a day? I fell off the wagon hard when I found out I was pregnant. I started back at it today. Just wondering if you kept your calories the same or if you added any? I am 282 lbs. I have gained 10 lbs already this pregnancy (16 weeks today). Any advice would be appreciated :)

Can you tell?
My friend said that she noticed my weight loss in my face. I am nowhere near my goal weight and just wanted to get some opinions (and more motivation to keep going on this long journey of mine :D ) I have lost almost 18 pounds since the end of May. I need to lose 100+ pounds. I did good for the first few weeks and now it seems like I am gaining instead of losing. Could it be muscle that I am gaining? I try to work out at least 5 days a week. Any tips or advice? Any would be appreciated :)
