Hey all :) My name is Brandi. I am a stay at home mom to three girls, ages 7, 4 and 4.5 months. Need some motivation...ok a lot. I have lost almost 75 lbs since May of last year, hoping to get down to my goal weight of 180 in 2014. Feel free to add me and kick me in the butt to stay on track :)

I am starting again on Monday. I have a hard time sticking to it. This will be the third time I have started. It's now or never. I also requested to join the group on facebook :)

How many servings in all? I know it says 201 calories for the entire batch, but how many individual servings does it make? I'm guessing it's 2 tablespoons like regular ranch?

I just got done doing Slim in 6 yesterday. I loved it, but I got bored with doing the same work out every day. I lost 10 lbs doing it. I didnt follow the meal plan though. Good luck, hope you enjoy it :)
