Brown the turkey in a pan, throw it in a crock pot with some diced tomatoes, beans, onions and chili seasoning. Makes such a yummy chili with low fat sour cream0

Any recipe that you would use ground chuck/beef, substitute ground turkey. I love ground turkey. It is good in spaghetti, chili, lasagna, tacos, etc. It doesn't need to cook as long as ground chuck so that should help it to maintain its moisture.0

turkey breast burgers!!
I add a bit of olive oil to keep them moist and a packet of dry onion soup. use whatever spices you like too. grill or pan fry with a little pam spray.0 -

Turkey is awesome in meatloaf. I use one lb ground turkey, Two eggs, some milk, mushrooms, bell pepper, onion, and two boxes stovetop stuffing. Then top with a 50/50 mix of barbeque and ketchup. Check all recipes if you need a solid recipe.0
