How many calories do you think you usually eat when you go off track and binge?

Ok, time to panic
So I step on the scale today and gained another 2.5 pounds.... I am within 8 pounds of gaining EVERYTHING BACK. :sad: I'm in a panic now but cant seem to stop eating

You know it's a problem when...
If there is ANY junk food in the house, you will find it and eat it. Does anyone else feel this way? I literally have found myself hiding food in my drawers, or lying about where I am going so I can run through McDonalds.... HELP :-(

1500 cal/day and still hungry :-(
So I increased my calories to 1500/day (which I always eat all of) and It seems that I am still hungry all the time! I typically eat weight control oatmeal for breakfast with skim milk and I am still hungry! Any ideaS??

Blisters from exercise :-(
Anyone get blisters from working out? I went on a 4 mile walk the other day (pretty big accomplishment for me....) and now have 3 blisters on my feet! Running- increase distance or speed first?
I have recently began jogging 1 mile (big milestone for me... :wink: ) and the speed on the treadmill is about 4.1 mph.... My ultimate goal is to be able to go 3 miles straight through (and increase speed). Any suggestions on whether I should increase distance first or speed first?

I have been at this for about a month and a half and pretty much eat the SAME THINGS all the time (my diary is open if anyone wants to check it out!) Im sticking to 1300 a day so I try to stick to low calorie meals so I can have 2 low calorie snacks a day if possible (Its really hard for me to not have a night snack....)…

Heart rate monitor VS. Machine?
What is everyone's opinion on the validity of calories burned as it says on the machines (treadmill, bikes, etc...) I have a HRM and it usually tells me I am burning nearly DOUBLE the amount of calories as the machines at the gym tell me... is this possible or could the settings on my HRM be off somehow??
