HRM- any connect with MFP?
I have a FitBit and I love it for steps, etc. but I feel the calorie burn is off (yesterday I did a Body Pump class where I know I burn quote a few calories but I burned what I do without it!) so I'm looking for a Heart Rate Monitor. Do any connect with MFP?

General Net Carb/Atkins Product Questions
So I notice when users add Atkins products to account for net carbs, they still include the fiber and the sugar grams. Wouldn't this be double dipping? Why would I get to count the 9g of fiber in a chocolate coconut bar if it's already been subtracted from the Carb Count to get me to net carbs?

Okay, I'm thoroughly confused at this point. I had started a post b/c I'm stuck. And it seems I'm eating too few calories. So I took an external BMR & TDEE and came up with 1339 for my BMR and 2076 for my TDEE. Meaning I need around 1550 calories for weight loss.
