General Net Carb/Atkins Product Questions

So I notice when users add Atkins products to account for net carbs, they still include the fiber and the sugar grams. Wouldn't this be double dipping? Why would I get to count the 9g of fiber in a chocolate coconut bar if it's already been subtracted from the Carb Count to get me to net carbs?

It is double dipping0

Yeah... just because people have the ability to put in the counts doesn't mean they do it correctly. Drives me nuts.0

I am not that worried about it. I basically look at calories, carbs and sugar. My fiber count is fine, so if people want to adjust that, be my guest0

yes its double dipping, most of the newer atkins information has come from his assitant doctor after atkins passed away, the whole fiber thing is ok, but its better left for the owl stages of the diet, i wouldnt use them at all during induction, using induction causes the quickest weight loss0
