Need some insight!
Thoughts on two days of under-par eating. Which means two days of ice cream and quite a bit of cereal this morning. Does it mean I've fallen off the wagon, or can I can bounce back pretty quick going back to those better habits? Not justifying but the ice cream was sugar free and 1/2 the fat...just for extra insight there.

Recovery Week Substitute?
So this week I start my last week of my first month. I am going to be in Florida the following Monday-Saturday which is recovery week. Is there an equal substitute I can at least do Tuesday-Friday because I can squeeze in Insanity on that Monday and Saturday. Thanks so much in advance for any advice! :)

Hitting the 1,200 goal important?
I am doing Insanity and I have been reading alot and I always hear eat more calories. Especially those calories you have lost. I try to reach my 1,200 calorie goal but I'm always 100 calories or more shy. Do I eat more or listen to my body?

Why do you feel your heaviest after workout?!

Missed Pure Cardio
