Couple questions here. Why is it after I do my work out I feel even bigger? Also I am doing Insanity and I have been reading alot and I always hear eat more calories. Especially those calories you have lost. I try to reach my 1,200 calorie goal but I'm always 100 calories or more shy. Do I eat more or listen to my body?

Well, I think you feel larger because of all the sweat and your muscles swelling and working. (This is just a theory, but it seems likely)
And I'd say don't listen to your body. Your body plays tricks on you. (I'm saying eat more because you're not even hitting 1200, not even including exercise) So yes, eat more. I often have to force myself to eat. But just remember : you used to eat well over the amount of calories you're eating now, so it's not impossible.0
