First Goal Reached
Today is my three month anniversary of joining this website. I had my followup doctor appt today - the last time I saw her it was basically lose weight or else - and from July until now I've lost 16lbs and weighed in at 184.4! Yay! Next Goal is 170 by Jan followup appt. Wish me luck :bigsmile: :bigsmile:

The First 10!
