In the past I've never set specific goals for weight loss...and I've always hit a brickwall after the first 20 lbs or so (the "or so" is my problem, never committed to a number). This time I have set myself very specific weight/date goals. I'm posting them here to hold myself accountable to someone other than myself
Today: 192 lbs.
10-7-09 (followup Dr. Appt): 181lbs.
12-7-09 (Christmas pictures): 172 lbs.
2-14-10 (Valentines)
: 161 lbs
4-10-10 (Easter): 150 lbs

Good for you, these look very achievable and reasonable goals.0

I like the way you set that up. Having goal date coinside with a special date or event will help.0

I count about 40 weeks in there. 42 pounds in 40 weeks,,, piece of cake. You can do it!0
