elliptical as jogging
I have an elliptical machine, but I don't think that it records calories burned correctly because I can't personalize, as in height and weight. It does keep track of miles, so would it be more accurate to record the work on the elliptical as jogging/running with the speed or would that b cheating in some way?

Why doesn't MFP give exercise calories for strength training? It only shows extra calories for cardio?

Forms
Any idea what you burn when practicing your forms? For example, when I do all the way from Chun-Gi to Gae-Beck it takes me almost an hour, and I am sweating, but I can't seem to find an estimate as to how many calories I burned. Should I just get a heart rate monitor? What do you put down when you practice your forms?
