Total Calories versus Net Calories
Okay, so at the moment, my daily allowance is 1340. I normally burn between 400 and 700 at the gym each time, and I go basically every day. Now, I'm a little confused on this part... should I keep my total calories at 1340 or under, or my net calories at 1340 or under?

So I've noticed that my actual calories that I eat are like sometimes under 1200 and I'll be full and I'm getting scared. Is it okay to take a day off from exercise
I worked out Monday through Saturday and was wondering if it was okay to take Sunday's off to relax and not be as on point with my calories, or should I treat today as any other day and do some sort of exercise and be on point with my calories?
