Workout Schedule for Fall Semester

Okay, so on the way to work this morning I was thinking about how I can schedule my workouts so I'm still burning all those calories and toning myself and whatever else while not going crazy by overloading my schedule for the fall ( 17 credits, TA position, night job, freshmen mentor, eboard memeber for student run coffee stand...). I'm def. one of those people who if I don't get to something in my schedule, I get angry with myself and I don't need that kind of stress. ANYWAYS!
So this was my planned workout....
Monday: Intense Cardio (tread + elliptical)
Tuesday: No More Trouble Zones OR 30DS 2 levels worth
Wednesday: Walk into town for Starbucks (little break from reality at school, 2 mi walk round trip)
Thursday: Rest (I work most thurs nights and don't want to be exhausted for a 6 hour shift after 3 classes)
Friday: Moderate Cardio (tread OR elliptical) OR 2 levels of 30DS
Saturday: No More Trouble Zones
Sunday: Rest
... this is tentative, but is this okay? I just want to get the most out of my workouts, but I don't want to be working out every day at school like I have all summer... Also, would it make sense to have like days of intense workouts and then off days inbetween? Like workout, rest, workout, rest, etc... I'm also going to be more maintaining than losing when I'm at school (mostly because I'm buying myself new clothes this weekend and I don't want to grow out of them) so my calorie intake is going to increase to like 1500-1600 (MFP numbers), and I figure with enough workouts it'll be fine...
