Is it okay to take a day off from exercise

I worked out Monday through Saturday and was wondering if it was okay to take Sunday's off to relax and not be as on point with my calories, or should I treat today as any other day and do some sort of exercise and be on point with my calories?

Depends on what exercises you were doing, how intense they were and how you feel.
The general consensus is that you should take at least one recovery day each week but that doesn't necessarily mean no activity at all, you could walk, bike swim etc but at a relaxed, recovery pace.0
