10.2lbs down - can you see a difference? PICS
Hi all!! This is my first time posting pictures on here so I hope I do it right / i'm a little nervous! I'm 5'3'' & finally lost over 10lbs. I'm hoping to get to 105-110 eventually. My clothes are fitting better now but I can't really see a difference... so I have to ask (please be honest)... can you see a difference?

Deficit too small- help!
Hi all... So MFP put me at 1,200 per day. My BMR is 1,363- so for the week I'm only down 1,141 (which is not close to the 2lbs per week I had chosen). Should I cut the daily calories back even more? Realistic goal..?
Is it a realistic goal to try and lose 44lbs before September? I'm getting married then and would LOVE to be at my goal weight but I'm just not sure if it's reachable and don't want to set myself up for failure. Help! any tips are welcome!
