    I found the new thread! Thanks for posting the link. I hope you are all as excited to start this week's challenges as I am! I think that water and tea will be my friend. The harder part? No candy- just because people at the office have it laying around and that is a deep, dark, temptation for me. BUT- what is more important? One or two hershey chocolate eggs or reaching my personal goals? When put that way there is no question!!!

    I never drink soda but I usually have a piece of chocolate per day, so I'll have to stop that.

    This thread is also motivating me to get back into exercising. I have convinced a friend to start the 30 Day Shred with me today. I WANT to do Insanity, but I already have the Shred, and I think I should go ahead and get used to that before I start Shaun T. :love:

    I wish I would have done that!! I was SO sore the entier first week of insanity.. my body is finally getting used to it though... as long as you're working hard you're making progress :-)
