new to the community!

Hi all! I've been using MFP off and on for a while now but I've never used the community aspect. Well, since my wedding is in September and I still want to lose 20-30lbs, I figured I should try it and see if it helps. I'm going to watch my calories and go to the gym at least 5 days a week. Hopefully I can stick to it this time! Feel free to add me as a friend.

Any advice on sticking to a diet would be much appreciated! (I always seem to cheat on weekends)

    I've found eating a bigger breakfast and spreading out the calories through the day helps me not eat as big of a lunch and dinner because I'm not as hungry. Take a look at my diary.
