Hi everyone. I'm just getting back into working out again and MyFitnessPal. I just finished the 5 mile advanced Walk Away the Pounds video using the boosters (hand weights, stretchy band and resistance belt with resistance cords. I'm trying to eat the recommended 1200 calories, etc. but after I add exercise calories I'm still under the recommended amounts. Is it ok to go over in your protein count and not too much under your calories? I tried playing around and adding snacks and if I ate close to what was recommended, it shows me losing hardly any…

How to add 30 Day Shred as an exercise
