Hi everyone. I'm just getting back into working out again and MyFitnessPal. I just finished the 5 mile advanced Walk Away the Pounds video using the boosters (hand weights, stretchy band and resistance belt with resistance cords. Does anyone know how I would record this under my exercises?
Thanks so much!

If you look under Hiking, they have options for carrying weights. I use that when I walk home from the store carrying groceries as well as for regular hiking.0

I have worn my HRM for WATP--with the balls, stretchy, walk and jog and walk and kick. It doesn't seem to matter which I burn about 210-230 cals per 30 min or a little over 400 per hour. I'm 63 and weigh 165. Hope that helps! I created my own log in my exercises I call WATP to record it. I do this for all my DVDs0
