How to add 30 Day Shred as an exercise

Hi. I just joined yesterday and would like to know how I would add Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred as an exercise? It's not listed under exercises and it's not really aerobics. Is there something similar listed that I could use?
Thanks for your help and I look forward to meeting new friends.

Heart rate monitor is best, I have yet to make the investment though. I log 30 Day Shred, and Ripped in 30, both as circuit training 25min.0

I marked it as Circuit training.0

If you have HRM enter it as a new exercise; if not go to the cardio section (exercise log) and either choose calisthenic or circuit training. That is what I do.0
