Stephanie Huckabee's PowerFit - How to Track? Please help

Hi everyone! I'm doing the 30 Day Shred and wanted to add another workout during the day. I just did Stephanie Huckabee's PowerFit DVD. There are 5 different DVDs. Today I did Leg & Shoulders using a stretchy band. It was mostly squats and lunges. I'm so bad at figuring out what fitness category this would fit into. Can anyone help? Tomorrow's DVD is cardio, which is obvious, but then day 3 is chest, triceps and Butt, day 4 is back, biceps and thighs and day 5 is core fusion. If anyone can tell me how to track this I would greatly appreciate it.
