Food Diary - Help

Hi everyone. I just joined MFP last week and I love it! Lots of tips and motivation. The problem I'm having is eating all of the recommended calories per day without going over in other categories. Is it ok to go over in one category or another? I especially need ideas for dinner. I eat a lot of chicken as it is. I made my diary public so any help or suggestions you could give me would be greatly appreciated!
