SW: 134 Week1 : 133 Week 2: 130.8 Week 3: 130.3 Week 4: 130.3 Week 5: 129.2 Week 6: 127.8 A good thing about this week was managing to work out every day despite starting a new hectic uni schedule. A not so great thing about this week was getting soooo hungry. I've upped my calories a little - hopefully that will help!

15th DECEMBER - CHALLENGE COMPLETE!
So we started this with the aim of finishing by December 15th - who has managed to finish? Who is hoping to finish soon? How did you all find it? For me - life changing! I have gone onto RI30 and the changes in my body are incredible - I wear a bikini now!!

What changes have you noticed so far?
So most of us are at least halfway through by now, and I was wondering what changes you've noticed? I've noticed soooo many, despite the scale sitting a tad above where it was on the first day! Perhaps my favourite is that a tight t shirt I bought a few weeks ago is hanging really loose on me today :smile:

Weights - what do you use?
I'm curious to know what weights everyone is using. In the video they use 5lb weights, but I know many people use 3lb. We don't get lb weights easily over here - so I'm using a set of 2kg (4.4lb) and they seem to be doing the trick for me (ow ow ow ow)
