46lbs lost (20.7kg) and 16lbs (7.2kg) to go

Hi there,

I've just signed up with MFP after hitting a bit of a plateau in my weightloss and losing a little motivation. I've also switched birth control and I'm a little worried that unless I have a good control over my fitness and eating habits I might put on the weight I've lost! To date I have lost 46lbs and have JUST exceeded my original goal, but I've reset my goal a little lower and want to loose another 16lbs.

I've worked hard to lose my weight with a personal trainer and at the gym, but I can attribute the biggest and easiest weightloss to taking up dancing - it's a fantastic workout and I have so much fun it doesn't feel like I've had to try to lose weight.

I'm also prone to not eating, either through forgetting or not feeling like it, so my trainer's biggest gripe with me was that I was starving myself (and we all know that impeeds weightloss) so this tool is helping me greatly in ensuring I'm not just not overeating but not undereating either.
