I use my stationary bike for cardio most of the time. I don't have a heart rate monitor, but it does have a thing on it that records the amount of calories burned. I don't know how accurate it is. Strength training?
I love strength training because I am trying to get lean, but I don't have any weights. Is it just as good to use your own body for strength training? I do lots of push-ups, squats, crunches, yoga, other stuff...I just don't have weights & want to know if I'm still getting a strength benefit. Thanks :)

What's your favorite healthy thing to get from a restaurant?

Is sodium really something to worry about?
I know you're supposed to consume 2500 mg/day or less...but is it really that important? I've had 2553mg of sodium today, which isn't too far over. I don't have any health conditions, however my blood pressure is a little on the low side (105/60). Is sodium intake really that important if you have no health conditions?

MFP catalog inaccurate?
I was logging my lunch (BLT with lower sodium turkey bacon & light mayo, whole wheat & whole grain bread) and I found exactly what I was looking for in the catalog.
