Strength training?

I love strength training because I am trying to get lean, but I don't have any weights.
Is it just as good to use your own body for strength training? I do lots of push-ups, squats, crunches, yoga, other stuff...I just don't have weights & want to know if I'm still getting a strength benefit.
Thanks

You'll get some strength gains at the beginning but without a way to progress you'll eventually plateau.0
